Terms of Service

seeky.art (the “Service”) is operated by Blue Sky Suite LLC (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

The Service

seeky.art is a tool for creating hidden-object scenes and printable puzzles using AI image generation. You describe a scene and a list of objects, and the Service generates a backdrop and individual objects you can audit, edit, and export.

Accounts

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Provide accurate information when you register.

Credits and payment

Generating a scene consumes credits. Credits are purchased in packs through our payment provider, LemonSqueezy, which acts as the merchant of record. Prices are shown at checkout and may change over time. Purchased credits do not expire. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Your content and rights

You retain the right to use the scenes and objects you generate, including for commercial purposes such as printed books and worksheets. You are responsible for the prompts and descriptions you submit and for ensuring your use of generated content complies with applicable law.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to create unlawful, infringing, hateful, or sexually explicit content involving minors, and not to abuse, overload, or attempt to circumvent the Service or its usage limits.

AI-generated content

Images are produced by automated AI systems and may contain errors, artifacts, or unexpected results. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We are not liable for any unavailability of the Service.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blue Sky Suite LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
