Refund Policy

seeky.art sells digital credits used to generate scenes. This policy, from Blue Sky Suite LLC, explains how purchases are handled.

All sales are final

Credit purchases are final and non-refundable. Credits unlock immediate access to a paid AI generation service, and are available to use the moment a purchase completes. By buying credits you acknowledge the digital, immediately-available nature of the product and waive any cooling-off or withdrawal period to the extent permitted by law.

If a generation fails

If a scene fails to generate because of a fault on our side, contact us and we will restore the affected credit so you can try again. This is a credit restoration, not a cash refund. Results you simply do not like are not failures — the included backdrop reroll, bonus objects, and editing tools are there to help you get the scene you want.

Payments

Payments are processed by our payment provider, LemonSqueezy, acting as the merchant of record. LemonSqueezy may handle billing disputes and chargebacks under its own policies.
