This policy explains how Blue Sky Suite LLC (“we”, “us”) handles personal information for seeky.art.

What we collect

We collect the email address you register with, authentication data needed to sign you in, the scenes and prompts you create, and basic usage and log data. We record IP addresses to enforce the one-free-preview-per-day limit and to protect the Service from abuse.

Payments

Purchases are processed by LemonSqueezy, our payment provider and merchant of record. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.

Service providers

We share data only as needed with the providers that run the Service: Supabase (accounts and database), OpenAI (image generation), DeepSeek (scene and item text suggestions), Vercel (hosting and file storage), and LemonSqueezy (payments). Prompts you submit are sent to these AI providers to generate your content.

Cookies

We use cookies that are necessary to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Data retention

We keep your account data and generated content while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing hi@katharyne.com.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

We may update this policy from time to time and will revise the date above when we do.
